WHY are we so dedicated to making The Selfie Room a great place, and WHY are we so excited for you to come and experience it for yourself?!

Great question, I’m glad you asked.

We believe that deep down inside each of us, there is the fundamental desire to know and love ourselves. Neither of those things are easily accomplished in today’s world.

So, what we want more than anything, is to create and provide a space where you can come escape from the pressures and expectations of daily life, to kick off your proverbial shoes, and experience the joy of expressing yourself in our creative, fun backdrops, and fall in love with yourself while doing at the same time!

I am living proof that we can change and grow into a version of ourselves that we are happy to fall in Love with! After years, actually decades, of feeling stuck personally and professionally, I realized that my sense-of-self, and inner wellbeing could not be determined by anyone outside of myself. I took some pretty drastic measures to leave that behind and create my own future. It was, and still is, a very challenging path, but it has led me to this moment, when I get to use my experience and talents to bring smiles to beautiful souls every single day. I didn’t get here alone, lots of people have supported me and helped in various ways all along, and I just hope to be a positive, loving presence in the life of every person I get to connect with.
